(Almost) mud-free walk in Hawick
A lovely new year ramble, taking in the woods, waters and wonders of Hawick. Great route if you forgot your wellies, as most of it is on tarmac or path.

Gorgeous weather for a gorgeous walk around Lennox park. This route incorporates The Celtic FC training grounds (no autographs 😉), the ruined Lennox castle and Blairskaith Muir hill. Gentle glens and forests open up to reveal stunning views of the Campsies. A treat in any weather.
