Just 15 minutes by car from the home zone and yet never heard of Krumme See before. The detour here is definitely worth it and with the ominous waterfront property of the Russian Federation, it's even a bit exciting.

Swimming & Hiking near Bestensee 🏊‍♀️🥾🌞 (from Krummensee)

Before I circled Lake Krummensee today and included the swampy, primeval forested Sutschketal valley in my tour, I treated myself to lunch at the Steakhouse Barbecue, followed by a sunbath to aid digestion, and about 30 minutes later, a swim across Lake Krummensee.
