(Part 2) Beautiful mountain bike ride through woods and fields. You pass the lock of Ronquières. Attention, there is a private part about 10 km from the end. You drive into a yard! To avoid !

very short but super fun and tough ride. I drove this one with some (crazy) locals. Descends that I normally don't dare take anyway. The mountain bikers who dare should definitely do this ride. I'll ride them again on occasion

Super fun ride, I had incorporated parts of the Ittre 2025 tour into it and that was a good decision and combination, tough slopes, steep descents, single tracks, sandy strips....
There are plenty of options to ride a different ride every time in the Houssiere forest.

The Ittre 2025 tour was ridden again with a small adjustment of the starting point. Last km's shortened due to guided walk with too many hikers to ride safely. Conclusion: heavy and technical ride but definitely worth riding. Adjustments along the way of your choice are possible either easier or heavier (although....)

Fantastic location, full-blooded mtb. From steep to very steep. After the Bodinri event earlier this month we went back for a pure Bois de la Houssière ride today. Also did some surrounding forests that were also quite intense. It is enjoyable there. One of the best mountain bike rides, even after riding it several times, it continues to discover new single tracks, descents, steep to very steep slopes. You can ride for hours without getting bored.
The part (forest of Fauquez) is only recommended for advanced riders because of a very steep, dangerous descent that ends in a stream.
Definitely recommended.
