Riding the Heuvelland Fietsroute from Aachen to Maastricht, which has been newly opened since spring 2023.
Very beautiful but also hilly route with great views.
Much nicer to drive than the route on the main roads.
Back to Aachen via Valkenburg with a short stopover for a delicious cappuccino and a piece

Round tour Würselen, railway line Aachen - Jülich, Rur cycle path to Lake Adolfo, via Himmerich and Randerath to the Wurm cycle path.
For a latte to Geilenkirchen, via Herzogenrath to Aachen and back to Würslen.
Started in the fog and into wonderful weather.
Tour ridden on trekking bikes and MTB.

In the morning we used the dry weather for a round trip to the Scheunenviertel in Altlandsberg.
Mainly very good roads and bike paths. In particular, the bike path between Eggersdorf and Fredersdorfer Mühlenfliess through the forest is well developed and really fun.

From Vogelsdorf-Fredersdorf to Stienitzsee and past the Heerensee in Strausberg. Rode a trekking bike. Partly very sandy and difficult to drive on paths. Definitely easy to ride with a MTB. With the trekking bike it is sometimes a challenge.
