Entrance to the shooting range is clearly signposted with no access so it is easy to find this accessible bypass. All double track with some grassy sections. Loose, chunky flint rocks throughout so watch out and bring your puncture kit. Hard packed and dry in spring, a good connection to a quiet overpass of the motorway to the north.
