From Hilpoltstein to Roth - (roughly) along the mill path.
Very varied hiking trail along the many mills. It would have been nice to have some information near the respective mills, which are privately owned and therefore not accessible. But still a very nice hiking trail and a museum worth seeing in

We had already done a similar tour a few years ago. It was worth repeating. Although the huge amount of wild strawberries that are available on this tour were not yet ready, the beer garden on the Schloßberg in Pegnitz was open this time. Short tour north of the airport. There are really great paths there, but the noise should not be underestimated. The background noise in the mad grove was all the more magnificent - a chirping from a variety of bird throats. After a very good meal in the Alte Post, we quickly decided to shorten the tour a bit 😊
