The Lower Oder Valley nature reserve is always beautiful, even though a 90-minute car ride with a bike rack went ahead from Berlin, during which it was still raining…. Arrived in Criewen in the sun, cycled along Oderdamm…. beautiful landscape, fox, stork, deer and aurochs say good night today 😴

Today I was on the way from Hohenwutzen on the Oder-Neisseradweg to Schwedt.
At some points we thought of the GDR transit route. Concrete slabs laid one below the other😅
Weather 😎 was excellent except for the headwind on the way back to Hohenwutzen.
A detour to the Polish market was also included 🚬

On this section of the route the landscape is no longer as terribly boring as the 100 km before it. At least occasionally small elevations appear on the Polish side of the Oder. Various water birds can also be seen very early in the morning and in the evening.
