Like yesterday, another training course in Rödelheim is scheduled today. 😁 The route is fantastic: highly recommended! Especially for road bikes, as you can see a lot of them here. ✌️😎

I have to go to a training course in Frankfurt again, so... off I went on my bike. 🚴😁
From the Römisches Theater station in Mainz, I rode along the Main and Nidda rivers to Frankfurt/Rödelheim. The best part of the course is... the ride there and back. 😁😅

Today we went to the Palatinate Forest for lunch (Deidesheimer Hütte 🍴🥗🍔🍻) and of course, a little hike beforehand.
The hike took us over the Stabenberg, past the observation tower, and then on towards the Deidesheimer Hütte. Nothing special... Just up
