The European watershed between the Rhine and Danube is located in this moss. All water that flows north and over the Neckar goes over the Rhine into the North Sea and everything on the southwestern side flows over the Danube into the Black Sea. Hard to believe, but true.

To avoid the largest crowds, consider visiting early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Weekdays, particularly outside of school holidays, also tend to be less busy.
