This trailhead, adjacent to the Malibu Seafood Market, marks the beginning of a 2.5-mile loop trail that climbs to the Puerco Canyon. Parking is $12, or you can choose public transit. There is an MTA bus stop at the park entrance. Restrooms, a picnic table area, sitting benches and educational displays are here. During the spring and early summer, beautiful wildflowers cover the hillsides with fantastic ocean views. This trail is known to be very overgrown, so wearing long pants and sturdy footwear is ideal for a better experience. There is minimal shade along the way, so bringing a hat and plenty of water is recommended.

It is a short walk up the hill and you will be awarded with a 270 degree look around at the pacific ocean. It's a perfect place to watch sunset specially in the winter season. Bring some good shoes if you start from the parking spot along the ocean. The point is also accessible from the Birdview Dr as well as from the Cliffside Dr. This is strongly recommended for handicaped people and seniors. Parking uphill in summer can become an issue.

A short hike leads to this great overlook on the tip of the little cape, jutting out into the Malibu coastline. Good views of the beaches it separates both to the east and west.

The most beautiful beach in Malibu. For those who want to avoid the crowds and follow local recommendations. Easily accessible by car, choice between paying parking in the immediate vicinity or a little further away, but free of charge.
